• Problems with unemployment essentially require the patient's expression of concern about them, with agreement about the existence of the problem and desire for help. Whatever the objective nature of the unemployment, patients can consider this as a problem. Labelling these problems requires acknowledgement of absolute differences in unemployment, as well as the individual's perception.
