• arteriosclerotic/atherosclerotic heart disease
• coronary artery disease
• ischaemic cardiomyopathy
• old myocardial infarction
• silent myocardial ischaemia

Exclusions

• ischaemic heart disease with angina K74

Criteria

• history plus ECG
• or imaging evidence of old myocardial infarction
• or demonstration of myocardial ischaemia by resting or exercise ECG
• or investigation evidence of coronary artery narrowing
• or ventricular aneurysm
